CityScape Corporate Toronto provides fully furnished, professionally managed apartments in downtown Toronto for companies that need their people housed properly — project teams, relocations, visiting executives and long-assignment consultants. We work in three stay lengths only: 7 nights, 14 nights and 28 nights. Corporate rates are set against our public rates with a built-in corporate discount: 15% off for a 7-night stay, 18% for 14 nights, and 20% for 28 nights. Those are the only stay lengths we offer on this site, which is why our pricing stays simple and our apartments stay available for the companies that need them. Every apartment is self-contained: a full kitchen, in-suite laundry, high-speed fibre internet, a dedicated workspace, and self check-in with a smart lock. Guest support runs 24/7. Corporate invoicing We invoice companies directly. One consolidated invoice per company covers every apartment and every stay in the billing period, with your purchase order number referenced. Net-30 payment terms are available for approved corporate accounts, so employees never put a multi-thousand-dollar stay on a personal card. To open a corporate account, contact us with your company name, billing contact and purchase order requirements. We will confirm rates and set up invoicing within one business day.
